Low EGR flow inefficient cats lean air fuel ratio over advanced ignition timingEgr flow test: install vac gauge to manifold pressure hold engine at 2000-2500rpm apply vacuum to egr (via borrow dampener vac signal or and pump) expect to see manifold vacuum decrease 4 inchs/psi of vac if there is no decrease tubes are clogged or valve is bad. if all above works, Test that the EGR vacuum control solenoid works.
